Ginger on Holiday

So as the kids are all aware, Ginger the class bear was meant to spend the school holidays with Mr. Nash...AND WOW...what a holiday they had! They returned to Auckland feeling very sunny and much more rested. This is mostly due to the trip to Tonga and then onwards to Christchurch before returning home to Auckland. While Tonga provided Ginger with a great chance to lay back on the beach and eat tasty treat foods, Mr. Nash was off climbing trees in search of ripe coconuts.
When Ginger arrived in Christchurch, Mr. Nash suggested Ginger come to the gym with him to burn off some of that fat. The results speak for themselves...you'll notice Ginger looking MUCH more trim in front of the fountain at the Christchurch Botanical Gardens. Unfortunately, Ginger has regained most of his bear-weight. That's alright, I think everybody agrees we love Ginger all the same! (-: Ginger did happen to mention that he was on the lookout for Callum (who was also in Christchurch during the holidays). No Callum-sightings this holiday though!
Above are the pictures taken throughout the holidays. Apologies for the random way in which the pictures have been posted. You can enlarge the pictures, especially for the one where Ginger is hidden somewhere on the Bridge of Remembrance, by clicking just once on the photo.

  6. Thanks for asking! The chips were as hot as a fire. I had to wait a while until they cooled down. When they were a bit cooler, they tasted as yummy as a huge ice-cream on a hot summer's day. Mmmmmmmmm. I love chips!
The water felt like a cool river running through my body. After those salty chips, I really needed that water!
